October 28th to December 11th
This is the first issue of Deadlines, Decoded, the new monthly companion to Policy, Decoded. It covers October 28th through December 11th, with the dates you can act on first and the dates that change the rules after them.
Know someone with a date on this list? Forward this. They can sign up at homegrown-group.com/deadlines.
If you read Policy, Decoded, you already get the news from the day before. This one looks ahead. Once a month I'll pull together the dates you can still act on and the dates that change the rules, each linked to its source, so nothing sneaks up on you.
Below: comment periods in Texas, Oregon, Utah, Missouri and at FDA, Rhode Island's license round, Massachusetts' Question 8 on Election Day, November 3rd, and the federal hemp dates on November 12th and December 11th.
